Refund policy

At GoldAura we are committed to providing high quality products and a comfortable shopping experience for our customers therefore our return policy is limited to damaged or defective items only

Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or not usable
We do not accept returns for items that are in good condition
We do not accept returns due to change of mind or personal preference after delivery

Conditions for Return
The customer must contact us within forty eight hours of receiving the order
Clear photos showing the damage or defect must be provided
The product must be unused and in its original condition

Return Process
Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed we will contact the customer with the appropriate solution
The store will cover the return shipping cost if the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective

Refunds
The refund will be processed after verifying the product condition
Refunds are issued within five to ten business days
The refund will be made using the original payment method

Shipping and Delivery
Delivery within Oman usually takes between ten and fifteen business days
A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped
Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company or operational conditions
